Issuers of False Checks or Online
False Payments (including Charge Backs after we have processed and
done the work) will be charged $25.00 fee! And if such
previously false payment issuers make another payment that is
valid, we reserve the right to refuse service and will return the
money not used to cover the previously incurred False Payment Fee.
If we accept the payment for service, we reserve the right to wait
90 days until we post such issuers advertisement on HarpGigs.com
to make sure the payment is not going to be charged-back once we
have done all the work. |
